Face to face interview where possible (video calls/telephone calls)
ID checks
Reference Checks
DBS / licence checks (if and when required)

Our quality candidates are flexible and skilled in different sectors. Often many candidates feel their skills are for use in a specific field. This is not the case, skills are transferable and through the registration process we work hard to fully appreciate the candidates strengths in order to suit both the needs of our candidate and clients.
